Caregiver of the Month: Faustina

Faustina was selected to be the Caregiver of the Month for March 2021 at Family First Home Companions.  Faustina’s dedication to her client, perfect attendance record, and excellent care services earned her the award and recognition.

Faustina has been a caregiver with Family First Home Companions since 2011 and has been working with her current client for several years.   Faustina helps her elderly client by keeping her healthy with good nutrition and exercise, taking her out for appointments and errands, and ensuring her safety and well-being.

Faustina is an excellent member of the team at Family First. She brings her own strengths which include a strong understanding of dementia, nutrition for older adults, exercise and activities and is very committed to her client whom she provides care and treats as though she were her own family member.  “It’s people like Faustina who make us so proud of what we do each day for older adults.  When you call Family First we want you to feel that you are being treated like family by our caregivers.  Faustina has demonstrated this time and time again”, commented Jennifer Benjamin, owner of Family First Home Companions.
