Caregiver of the Month: February

Wendy Keene-Ivey was selected to be the Caregiver of the Month for February 2021 at Family First Home Companions.  Wendy’s dedication to her client, perfect attendance record, and excellent care services earned her the award and recognition.

Wendy has been a caregiver with Family First Home Companions since 2020 and has been working with her current client since she started.   Wendy helps her elderly client by preparing dinner, helping her get settled in for bed at night, and ensuring her safety and well-being.

Wendy is a team player and helps out to cover additional shifts whenever needed.    She is very committed to her client and cares for her as if she were her own family member.  “It’s people like Wendy that make us so proud of what we do each day for older adults.  When you call Family First we want you to feel that you are being treated like family by our caregivers.  Wendy has demonstrated this time and time again”, commented Jennifer Benjamin, owner of Family First Home Companions.
