The Bethpage Best of LI contest is a roadmap to the best, top-notch businesses and services throughout both Nassau and Suffolk counties, as chosen by the residents and patrons who rely on them, every single day. Businesses who are nominated provide quality customer care and professional services.
Every year from Oct. 1 to Dec. 15, voting is open for the Bethpage Best of L.I. program. During this 75-day window everyone can vote for whatever local store, restaurant, business or person they feel should hold a Bethpage Best of L.I. title.
You are allowed one vote per person per day for each category. These categories are in sections such as Arts and Entertainment, Food & Drink, Nightlife & Spirits, Health and Wellness, restaurants and others to make it easy to find a specific place you’re looking for. Jennifer has specialized training in Alzheimer’s disease through the Long Island Alzheimer’s Association and the Long Island Alzheimer’s Foundation.She also volunteered her time with the Alzheimer's Disease Assistance Center of Long Island for 3 years by providing cognitive stimulation to an Alzheimer’s patient group.
Jennifer educates the community about elder care and speaks to caregiver support groups, senior centers, and at professional organizations.Topics include home safety, effective strategies for family caregiving, elder care planning, and awareness about elder abuse.
