On Wednesday, June 7th the LI Family Caregiver Coalition held its quarterly meeting at Huntington Hills Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in Melville, NY. The meeting featured a presentation by Dr. Patricia Bomba who spoke about advance care planning and medical orders for life sustaining treatment (MOLST).
