Jennifer Benjamin is the Co-Founder and Owner of Family First Home Companions, a trusted leader in senior companion care on Long Island since 2005. Inspired by her family’s experience caring for her grandmother with dementia and her grandfather with Parkinson’s disease, Jennifer launched Family First with her mother, Alice Bonora, to provide compassionate, professional in-home support for older adults.
Jennifer has a graduate certificate in geriatric care management and has received certification as a dementia practitioner. She has been recognized for her commitment to seniors through numerous community organizations including being featured in Long Island Newsday’s Winners Column and was named the 2020 Health Care Honoree alongside her mom, Alice Bonora, by the Long Island Alzheimer’s and Dementia Center.
Jennifer’s mission is clear: to help older adults maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life at home, while giving families peace of mind and support.
