Belmont State Park, North Babylon, NY – On September 17th, Family First Home Companions participated in the Long Island Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s. The Walk is a community event fundraiser but also one of the world’s largest events to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support and research. This year’s Walk attracted over two thousand participants and raised over $375,000. Family First is proud to be a part of this wonderful cause and to contribute toward the research to end Alzheimer’s disease.
