Parkinson’s Wellness Fair with Family First Home Companions

Family First Home Companions was proud to have a vendor table yesterday at the Friedberg JCC Parkinson’s Wellness Fair in Oceanside, NY. Kristi Constanteles, our Home Care Consultant, spent time connecting with attendees and sharing ways we support individuals living with Parkinson’s at home. She spoke about how our caregivers can help with mobility and fall prevention, assistance with daily routines like dressing and bathing, medication reminders, meal prep and nutrition support, transportation to appointments, and companionship to reduce isolation. We also discussed how we work alongside families to adjust care as needs change, providing consistency, encouragement, and peace of mind every step of the way.
